This policy explains how Goligundu LLC ("Goligundu," "we," "us") handles information in the apps and websites we publish. App-specific details are listed in the sections for each app below.

What we collect

• Information you enter. Content you type into an app, such as names, team details or scores, is stored so the app can work.
• Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep your email address and message so we can reply.
• App usage and licensing data. Some apps send us usage counts and the information needed to run free and paid plans. Each app's section below says exactly what.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting providers may record standard logs (such as IP address, device type and time of request) to keep the service secure and running.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not show third-party advertising.
• We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

How we use information

Only to provide and improve our apps, respond to support requests, keep our services secure, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to host our apps and websites: Cloudflare hosts this website and our licensing server and its database, and Google provides sign-in, Drive storage and (if you choose) Gemini AI for Paran. They process data only on our behalf or under their own terms, security and privacy commitments.

Data retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. To ask us to access, correct or delete your information, email [email protected].

Children

Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, such as encrypted connections and access controls, but no system is perfectly secure.

App-specific details

FVL

FVL stores league and tournament information entered by organizers, such as team names, player names, schedules, scores and standings, so it can be shown to league participants. FVL does not require location, contacts, photos or other device data. Organizers can request removal of league data at any time.

Paran

Paran is an Android app (Google Play), an iPhone app (App Store) and a web version. All three work the same way, and this section covers all of them. Paran keeps your inventory in your own Google Drive, not on our servers. We never receive your items, notes, places, photos, events or what you search for.

• Google sign-in and Drive access. In the apps you sign in with your phone's Google account; on the web, with Google's sign-in window. Either way Paran asks only for Google's drive.file permission, so it can see only the files it creates (or a file you pick to join). It cannot read anything else in your Drive. Sharing is done through Google Drive, and Google's privacy policy applies to that data.
• Camera and photos. The apps use the camera only when you take a photo of an item, scan a shelf or a receipt, or scan a Paran QR label, and the photo library only when you pick or save a picture. Photos go to your Google Drive (and to Gemini only if you use AI suggestions), never to us.
• On your phone. Paran keeps a copy of your inventories, photos waiting to upload, settings, help feedback and your own activity counts on your device so it works offline. "Start fresh on this phone" (More → Your data) removes the inventory copy and signs you out without changing anything in Drive.
• What our licensing server receives. To run free and paid plans and to see how Paran is used, Paran sends our licensing server (at license.goligundu.com):
  • who you are: your Google account's email address and account ID, from a sign-in that can't reach your Drive;
  • a random code for each install, when it was first used, the app version, the language setting, the kind of device (iPhone, Android or computer), and which Paran it is: the Android app, the iPhone app or the web version;
  • for each person you share a group or inventory with, including people who don't use Paran: a one-way code calculated from their email address (not the address itself), their access level, and when they last opened Paran;
  • daily usage counts, such as how many items were added, moved, lent or searched for, events planned and AI uses, plus totals per group such as the number of members, inventories, items and events.
  Our licensing server also keeps a log of the requests it receives: when, which kind of request and whether it worked, how long it took, which Paran and version sent it, the device's country (from our hosting provider), a shortened install code and, when signed in, a shortened code for the person. The log never contains your inventory, file names or IDs, your IP address or your sign-in. It's used to keep the service working and secure, and deleted after 90 days. These are part of using Paran and can't be turned off. Nothing is sent before Paran shows its privacy notice, which is always available under More → Your activity → What Paran sends. We store people's identifiers only as keyed hashes, never plain email addresses.
• Optional AI feedback. "Share AI feedback" (off unless you turn it on) also sends how closely AI suggestions matched what you saved, field by field, so suggestions can improve.
• Optional AI suggestions. If you turn on AI suggestions and add your own Google Gemini API key, the photos and text you ask about are sent directly from your device to Google's Gemini service, and help questions are sent with a short list of help topics. Your key stays on your device and we never receive the photos or the key. Google's terms for the Gemini API apply. With AI suggestions off, nothing is sent for AI.
• Retention. Licensing and usage data is kept for 2 years from when it's received, and the request log for 90 days, then deleted automatically.
• No ads or tracking. Paran has no advertising and no third-party analytics, and we don't sell this data.

To remove your data: delete the Paran folder in your Google Drive (this removes it for everyone you shared it with) and use "Start fresh on this phone". To have what our licensing server holds about you deleted, email [email protected] from the Google account you use with Paran. You can also remove Paran's access in your Google Account under Security → Third-party connections, and uninstall the app to remove everything it keeps on your phone.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, note them in the app or on this site.
